目的：了解我国医院感染科床位资源配置情况，为常态化疫情防控下的感染科床位资源科学配置提供参考和建议。方法：采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数等分析方法，对我国31个省市区医院感染科（包括综合医院感染科和传染病专科医院）床位资源配置现状及公平性进行研究。结果： 截至2018 年，我国医院感染科床位总数131 655张，按人口、地域面积、GDP配置的医院感染科床位资源基尼系数分别为0.171 0、0.587 3、0.290 0，地域公平性较差。结论：近年来我国医院感染科床位资源配置的公平性未得到明显改善，在有序提高医院感染科床位资源总量的同时，要切实提升床位资源配置质量，兼顾“人向性”和“地向性”原则，坚持平战结合发展理念，提高平疫功能转换能力。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the bed resources allocation of hospital infection departments in China, and provide references and suggestions for scientific allocation of bed resources in infection departments under normal epidemic prevention. Methods Study on the current situation and fairness of bed resource allocation in hospital infection departments (including general hospital infection department and infectious diseases specialist hospital) in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China by using the Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient. Results By 2018, the total number of bed position in hospital infection department was 131 655. The Gini coefficients of bed resources in hospital infection department according to population, regional area and GDP were 0.171 0, 0.587 3 and 0.290 0 respectively, and the regional fairness was poor. Conclusion In recent years, the fairness of bed resource allocation in hospital infection department in China has not been significantly improved.while orderly increasing the total amount of bed resources in hospital infection department, it is necessary to improve the quality of bed resource allocation, o the concept of peacetime-wartime combination development, and improve the ability to transform the functions of peacetime and wartime.
