摘要:
目的：了解三级公立医院绩效考核指标的落地情况。方法：以运营效率指标为例，从医院内部和外部视角出发，对指标落地情况进行调研分析。结果：三级公立医院决策层对国家绩效考核指标的认知水平较高；管理层和执行层认为一些指标设置趋于理想化，执行难度较大。结论：三级公立医院绩效考核指标的落地实施，需要结合医院实际情况，开展多维度调研，逐步优化指标体系，并加强指标内涵宣传。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the implementation of performance evaluation indicators in tertiary public hospitals. Methods Taking the operational efficiency indicators as an example, the implementation of the indicators was investigated and analyzed from the internal and external perspective of the hospitals. Results The decision-making level of the tertiary public hospitals has a good awareness of the national performance evaluation indicators, and the management and executive level believe that some indicators tend to be idealized and difficult to implement. Conclusion The implementation of performance evaluation indicators in tertiary public hospitals need to be combined with the actual situation of the hospitals, carry out multi-dimensional investigation, gradually optimize the indicator system, and strengthen the publicity of the indicators connotation.
