摘要:
介绍医疗保险基金智能监管的“制度-机制-技术”模式建构，在阐述其作用机理和运作逻辑的基础上，提出我国医保基金监管面临的问题，建议国家层面进一步完善医保基金监管的制度保障、增强多元主体监管力量、加强智能监控系统建设，从而实现医保基金的可持续发展。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the construction of "system-mechanism-technology" model of the medical insurance fund intelligent supervision, and puts forward the medical insurance fund supervision problems in China, on the basis of expounding its function mechanism and operational logic. It is suggested that the national level should further improve the system guarantee of medical insurance fund supervision, strengthen the supervision power of multiple subjects, and strengthen the intelligent monitoring system construction, so as to realize the sustainable development of medical insurance fund.
