摘要:
介绍美国临床药师培养模式和2017年版临床药师胜任力标准及评价模板，总结值得我国借鉴的经验：我国临床药师培养需更加注重临床药学实践，制定统一的人才培养标准和灵活的临床药师考核评价体系，为临床药师提供多样化认证。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the American clinical pharmacists training mode and the 2017 edition of clinical pharmacist competency standard and evaluation template, and summarizes the experience that it is worth using for reference in China: clinical pharmacists training in China should pay more attention to clinical pharmaceutical practice, formulate unified talent training standards and flexible clinical pharmacists assessment and evaluation system to provide diversified certification for clinical pharmacists.
