摘要:
目前，我国医养结合工作在深入推进过程中面临一系列障碍，主要表现在理论指导体系和质量保证体系尚未形成、政策法律体系不健全、多部门联动难以形成、资金保障机制尚未理顺、价格形成机制缺乏规范、供需匹配度不高以及人力资源匮乏等方面。对此，可着力从体系建设、机制完善、供需平衡以及人力资源保障四方面破解障碍，助力医养结合的深入发展。
Abstract:
At present, medical-nursing combined in China is facing a series of obstacles in the process of further development. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the theoretical guidance system and quality assurance system has not yet been formed, the policy and legal system is not perfect, the linkage of multi-departments is difficult to form, the fund guarantee mechanism has not been straightened out, the price formation mechanism is not standardized, the matching degree of supply and demand is not high, and the lack of human resources. In this regard, efforts can be made to solve the obstacles from the four aspects of system construction, mechanism improvement, the balance of supply and demand and the guarantee of human resources, so as to promote the development of medical-nursing combined.
