摘要:
目的：探析徐州市医联体信息化平台建设现状和存在的问题，为政府职能部门加强医联体信息化平台建设提供参考。方法：选取徐州市两家有代表性的医联体为样本进行实证研究,运用基于变异系数法的综合评价模型以及Mantel-Haenszel线性趋势检验进行深度分析。结果：医联体对信息化平台建设的重视程度不够,投入不足、利用率不高、人力资源配置失衡，医联体信息化平台建设缺乏政策支撑与监管。结论：完善并落实医联体信息化平台建设的相关政策，加大对平台建设的监管和宣传力度；提高医务人员和患者对医联体信息化平台建设的认知水平；统筹规划医联体人力资源配置，加快复合型信息人才培养和引进；完善平台功能设计，提高综合软实力。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the status and problems of the Xuzhou Medical Alliance information platform construction, and provide reference for the government departments to strengthen the medical alliance information platform construction. Methods Two representative medical alliance in Xuzhou City were selected as the cases for empirical study. Comprehensive evaluation model based on coefficient of variation method and Mantel-Haenszel linear trend test were used for in-depth analysis. Results The medical alliance does not pay enough attention to the information platform construction, the investment is insufficient, the utilization rate is poor, the human resource allocation is unbalanced, and information platform lacks policy support and supervision. Conclusion It is necessary to improve and implement the relevant policies for the medical alliance information platform construction, strengthen the supervision and publicity of the information platform construction, improve the cognition level of medical staff and patients on the medical alliance information platform construction, make overall planning for human resources allocation in medical alliance, accelerate the training and importing of the compound information talents, improve the function design of the platform and improve the comprehensive soft power.
