目的：剥离货币购买力的影响，真实反映我国各地区医疗服务价格差异，为政策制定提供参考。方法：使用各地区卫生健康委和物价局公开数据，根据国家产品虚设（CPD）法、GEKS法测算25个省（区、市）的综合医疗服务价格指数。结果：剥离货币购买力的影响后，上海、浙江、江苏等经济发达地区医疗服务价格指数较低，而甘肃、云南、贵州、陕西等经济不发达地区的价格指数偏高。结论：当前医疗服务价格制定未有统一标准，且未与当地经济水平相适应，需进行宏观调控。
Abstract:
Objective To control the influence of purchasing power of money, truly reflect the price differences of medical services in various regions in China, and provide reference for policy-making. Methods The public data of regional health commission and price bureaus were used to calculate the comprehensive medical services price index of 25 provinces (autonomous regions and cities) according to the country product dummy (CPD) method and GEKS method. Results After controlling the influence of the purchasing power of money, the price index of medical services in developed areas such as Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu was lower, while that in Gansu, Yunnan, Guizhou ,Shaanxi and other undeveloped areas was on the higher side. Conclusion The current medical services price does not have a unified standard and adapt to the local economic level, so the macro-control is needed.
