摘要:
目的：综述日间手术经济学评价的主要指标和主要结果，为完善日间手术经济学评价提供参考。方法：在中国知网等数据库中进行文献检索。结果：国内外研究表明，在手术效果基本一致的情况下，日间手术比非日间手术更节约成本。结论：已有文献采用的日间手术经济学评价指标标准不一，可能影响总体评判和横向比较，应进行更好的指标筛选。如进行成本－效果评价时，可以将并发症发生率、非计划再入院率、患者满意度等作为效果指标。在成本－效益分析中，需要注重医院人力成本、物力资源消耗等指标，准确测量日间手术能在多大程度上为医院节约成本。　
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the main indicators and main results of day operation economic evaluation, and to provide references for improving day operation economic evaluation. Methods Literature search was carried out in databases such as CNKI. Results Domestic and foreign studies have shown that day operation is more cost-effective than non-day operation when the surgical results are basically the same. Conclusion The existing literature has different criteria for the economic evaluation of day surgery, which may affect the overall evaluation and horizontal comparison, and better index screening should be sort out. For example, when carring out cost-effectiveness evaluation, effect indicators can included the complication rate, unplanned readmission rate, and patient satisfaction. In the cost-benefit analysis, it is necessary to pay attention to the hospital's labor cost, material resource consumption and other indicators, and accurately measure of the extent to which day operation can save costs for hospitals.
