目的：分析北京市医耗联动综合改革后患者住院费用的变化。方法：收集北京市某三甲综合医院患者住院病案首页信息及DRG分组结果，分析改革后住院费用变化及不同DRG组别的费用变化特点。结果：改革后患者住院费用增长7.27%,其中医疗费用增长27.95%，不同类型住院费用变化特点不同，总体结构变动度为13.63%。结论：医耗联动改革后患者住院费用变化总体平稳,结构更加优化，推动公立医院创新耗材管理模式，加强精细化管理，降低运营成本，向质量效益型转变。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the changes of patients' hospitalization expenses after the comprehensive reform of linkage between medical services and medical supplies in Beijing. Methods: The information on the first page of hospitalized patients' medical records and the results of DRG grouping were collected from a 3A general hospital in Beijing, and the changes of hospitalization expenses and the characteristics of expenses of different DRG groups after the reform were analyzed. Results: After the reform, the patients' hospitalization expenses increased by 7.27%, of which medical expenses increased by 27.95%. The change characteristics of different types of hospitalization expenses were different, and the overall structural change was 13.63%. Conclusion: After the reform of linkage between medical services and medical supplies, the change of patients' hospitalization expenses is generally stable, and the structure is more optimized. The reform promotes public hospitals to innovate the consumables management mode, strengthens fine management, reduces operating costs, and transfers to quality-benefit type.
