摘要:
基于扎根理论分析质性资料，从465条原始语句中得到103个初始概念，抽象出33个概念范畴，提炼出4个核心概念，构建了医院组织效能提升途径的框架模型——从个体成长出发，充分建设基础设备设施资源和优化团队效能，多管齐下，实现提升医院组织效能的各项目标。
Abstract:
Analysis of qualitative data based on grounded theory, 103 initial concepts are obtained from 465 original sentences, 33 conceptual categories and 4 core concepts are abstracted. This paper constructs a framework model for improving hospital organizational effectiveness--starting from individual growth, fully basic equipment, facilities and resources building and optimizing team effectiveness, and adopting multi-pronged approach to achieve the goals of improving hospital organizational effectiveness.
