摘要:
介绍浙江省长兴县肿瘤防治中心建设的措施及成效：向上借力，做强县域牵头医院；向下发力，为基层医疗机构赋能；多措并举，构建肿瘤防治闭环。最终，提升县级医院肿瘤专科防治能力，减轻肿瘤患者医疗负担，形成全方位全周期肿瘤防治闭环管理模式。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the measures and effects of the construction of cancer prevention and treatment center in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province: borrowing strength upward to strengthen the county leading hospital; exerting force downward to empower primary medical institutions; taking multiple measures at the same time to build a closed-cycle for cancer prevention and treatment. Finally, improve the capacity of tumor prevention and treatment in county-level hospitals, reduce the medical burden of tumor patients, and form a closed-cycle management model of comprehensive and full-cycle tumor prevention and treatment.
