摘要:
韩国长期护理保险发展比较成熟，积累了一些经验，对我国完善长期护理保险制度具有一定的启示：完善相关法律法规和顶层设计，建立多元化筹资机制，设立专业失能鉴定机构，细化并统一失能评定内容和评定等级，建立专业的护理人员队伍和长期护理机构，发挥高新科学技术的作用。
Abstract:
The long-term care insurance in South Korea is relatively well-developed and has accumulated some experience, which has certain enlightenment for our country to improve the long-term care insurance system: perfecting relevant laws and regulations and top-level design, establishing diversified financing mechanism, setting up professional disability appraisal institutions, refining and unifying disability assessment contents and grades, establishing professional teams of nursing staff and long-term nursing facilities, and giving full play to the role of high-tech science and technology.
