摘要:
当前，医院在医保控费上缺乏主动性，没有形成系统的医保控费管理策略，信息化手段相对单一。为满足新形势下医保控费的需要，医院要通过对相关业务系统的信息化改造，利用控费决策支持系统、综合控费信息系统、DRG医疗质量管理与综合分析系统，建立事前、事中、事后一体化综合监管控费体系，规范诊疗行为，遏制医疗费用不合理增长，提升医院经营和管理水平。
Abstract:
At present, the hospital lacks the initiative in the medical insurance cost control, has not formed the systematic medical insurance cost control management strategy, the information technology is relatively single. In order to meet the need of medical insurance cost control under the new situation, through the information transformation of relevant business systems, hospitals should make use of cost control decision support system, comprehensive cost control information system, DRG medical quality management and comprehensive analysis system, establish a comprehensive supervision and control system in advance, during and after the event, standardize diagnosis and treatment behavior, curb the unreasonable growth of medical expenses, and improve the level of hospital operation and management.
