摘要:
对我国目前的罕见病医保政策进行分析，归纳了四种典型模式（佛山、铜陵、青岛和浙江），它们在保障范围、筹资结构和费用分担效率方面各具特色。在此基础上提出我国罕见病医保政策的优化路径：可治病种优先进医保，建立罕见病专项医保制度，探索罕见病医疗费用的多方共付机制。
Abstract:
Though the analysis of the current medical insurance policy for rare diseases in China, four typical models (Foshan, Tongling, Qingdao and Zhejiang) are summarized, which have their own characteristics in terms of coverage, financing structure and cost-sharing efficiency. Based on this, the optimization path of medical insurance policy for rare diseases in China is put forward: giving priority to medical insurance for treatable diseases, establishing special medical insurance system for rare diseases, and exploring the multi-party payment mechanism of medical expenses for rare diseases.
