摘要:
以浙江省某三甲中医院为例，分析DRG付费对中医院的影响。在此基础上，通过制定“疗效价值付费”下的中医优势病种DRG付费方案，体现中西医治疗“同病同效同价”，使中医药价值得以真正发挥。
Abstract:
Taking a tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of DRG payment on traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. On this basis, by formulating the DRG payment scheme for dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine under the "efficacy value payment", it reflects "the same disease, the same effect and same price" in the treatment of Chinese and western medicine, so that the value of traditional Chinese medicine can be brought into full play.
