摘要:
发达国家步入老龄化社会较早,在老年长期护理人才队伍建设方面积累了丰富的经验,并建立了相对成熟的长期护理人才队伍建设体系。通过梳理,从人员构成、薪酬待遇、教育培训、考核评估四个维度,分析探讨美国、德国和日本老年长期护理人才队伍建设的现状,为完善我国老年长期护理人才队伍建设提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Developed countries faced ageing in an earlier period. They are experienced in the construction of long term care workforce for the elderly, and they have established a relatively mature long term care workforce system. This study analyzed the current situation of the long term care workforce for the elderly in the United States, Germany and Japan from four dimensions: personnel composition, salary and remuneration, education and training, and assessment. This would provide reference for the improvement of the long term care workforce construction in our country.
