摘要:
目的：为促进智慧医疗在社区养老中的发展提供对策建议。方法：采用问卷调查和访谈，调查分析智慧医疗在重庆市社区老年人中的使用情况、使用意愿和使用预期，分析原因并提出建议。结果：社区老年人对智慧医疗的认知度和使用率较低，但使用意愿和预期普遍较高。结论：智慧医疗尚未渗入社区养老群体，需通过加大投入、制度规制，树立智慧医疗行业标准；立足需求，优化产品适老化设计，进行适老化改造。
Abstract:
Objective To provide suggestions for promoting the development of intelligent medical care in community elderly care. Methods Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted in communities in Chongqing, to investigate older adults' use, willingness, and expectation of intelligent medical care, and to analyze the reasons and put forward suggestions. Results The awareness and use rate of intelligent medical care among the elderly were low, but their willingness and expectation were generally high. Conclusion Intelligent medical care has not yet been usual for community elderly. It is necessary to increase investment and enhance institutional regulation to establish intelligent medical industry standards. And it is important to optimize elderly-oriented products and advance reconstruction of elderly-oriented living conditions based on demand.
