摘要:
本文以J省疾控中心为例,总结疾控机构绩效薪酬的水平和结构、实施背景和配套制度,探索建立公平原则下适应我国国情的疾控机构绩效薪酬体系,为疾控机构规范创收管理、激发活力提供实证依据。
Abstract:
Taking the J provincial CDC as an example, this paper summarizes the level, structure, background and supporting system of performance compensation of CDC. So that to explore the establishment of performance compensation system of disease control and prevention institutions,which is fair and adaptable to China’s national conditions. Finally,provid ing empirical evidence for Disease Control Institutions to standardize the management of income generation and stimulate vitality.
