目的:了解家庭医生签约服务工作现状及满意度,分析存在问题,提出政策建议。方法:定量与定性相结合,对我国东部地区某市的家庭医生进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:开展签约服务后,绝大多数家庭医生的工作量和工作压力增加,增幅分别为35.5%和36.4%,签约服务占日均工作时长的41.6%;家庭医生的工作满意度平均得分为3.6±0.7分(满分5分),主要影响因素为社会评价不高(62.5%)、工作强度大(58.5%)、收入水平低(51.6%);访谈结果提示,家庭医生签约服务政策推行过程中存在家庭医生工作压力大、团队建设有待优化和社会认可度较低等挑战。结论:配备家庭医生团队助理,减轻家庭医生工作压力;多举措提升家庭医生的社会认可度。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of family doctor contracting services and its satisfaction degree, analyze existing problems, and put forward policy suggestions. Methods Both quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted here. This study conducted questionnaire survey and interviews among family doctors in a city of eastern China. Results After the launch of contracting services, most family doctors had more workload and felt more work pressure. Workload and work pressure increased by 35.5% and 36.4% respectively. Family doctors spent 41.6% time of average daily work in contracting services. The average job satisfaction score was 3.6 ±0.7 points (out of 5 points), and the main influencing factors were low social evaluation (62.5%), high work intensity (58.5%), and low income level (51.6%). In-depth interviews revealed that the implementation of related policies confronted high work pressure, sub-optimal team building, and low social recognition. Conclusion It is recommended to allocate assistants to family doctor teams, so as to reduce family doctors' work pressure. And several approaches were needed to raise family doctors' social recognition.
