摘要:
运用SWOT-CLPV模型，定量分析了我国“互联网+”智慧医养融合服务模式的实施现状及存在问题，梳理其内部优势、劣势及外部机遇、威胁，提出建议：完善“互联网+”智慧医养融合服务管理制度，构建多元化智慧医养服务体系；建立健全“互联网+”智慧医养融合人才培养体系,培养复合型专业人才；加快推进智慧医疗软件服务平台搭建及健康监测设备开发；将“互联网+”智慧医养融合服务纳入医保支付范围，强化线上医保支付安全监管。
Abstract:
Using the SWOT-CLPV model, this paper quantitatively analyzed the implementation and problems of "Internet +" intelligent integrated care model in China. This study also sorted out its internal advantages and disadvantages, and external opportunities and threats, then putting forward several suggestions. Firstly, it is recommended to improve "Internet +" intelligent integrated care management system, and build a diversified intelligent integrated care service system. Secondly, it is necessary to establish and improve the "Internet +" intelligent integrated care training system, and cultivate cross-professional working practitioners. Thirdly, it is suggested to accelerate the construction of intelligent medical software service platforms and the development of health monitoring equipment. Finally, it is important to expand medical insurance coverage to "Internet +" intelligent integrated care, and strengthen the safety supervision of online medical insurance payment.
