通过对网售处方药政策演变的回顾，分析网售处方药监管的难点，构建药监部门与第三方平台的博弈模型进行混合策略纳什均衡分析，以及患者与网售药企业的博弈模型进行动态博弈分析，在此基础上提出网售处方药的监管策略。
- Abstract:

By reviewing the evolution of the policy of online sales of prescription drugs, this study analyzed the difficulties in the supervision of online sales of prescription drugs. Then this study conducted Nash equilibrium analysis of a mixed strategy by constructing a game model between drug regulatory authorities and third-party platforms, and carried out a dynamic game analysis by constructing a game model between patients and online drug companies. Finally, targeted supervision strategies were proposed based on these results.
