摘要:
通过系统梳理重庆市长期护理保险的保障政策、筹资政策、服务供给政策和待遇给付政策，深入分析试点成效及经验，并提出优化建议：进一步明确长期护理保险试点定位与发展方向、优化筹资政策与待遇给付政策、全面提升服务供给能力，为全国长期护理保险发展贡献 “重庆经验”。
Abstract:
By systematically sorting out the security policy, financing policy, service supply policy and payment policy of long-term care insurance in Chongqing, this study had a deep insight of the pilot effect and experience. It is suggested to further clarify the positioning and development direction of the long-term care insurance, optimize financing policy and payment policy, comprehensively improve service supply ability, and contribute "Chongqing experience" to the development of national long-term care insurance.
