摘要:
目的：探讨江苏省康复项目按疾病功能状态分组收费改革的效果。方法：对苏州市10家试点医院康复患者的住院费用、住院天数及医保支付比例等数据进行卡方分析、Mann-Whitney检验及多元线性回归分析。结果：康复患者按疾病功能状态分组的入组率为38.9%，入组患者的住院费用、医保支付比例比未入组患者更高；入组患者的住院天数比未入组患者更短。结论：按疾病功能状态分组收费体现了医生的劳务价值，节约了医疗资源，在没有明显增加医保支付的前提下，实现了项目收费的结构性调整。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of the reform on charging of rehabilitation programs in Jiangsu Province by grouping according to disease function status. Methods Chi-square analysis, Mann-Whitney test and multiple linear regression analysis were performed on the data of inpatient costs, hospitalization days, and medical insurance payment ratio of rehabilitation patients in 10 pilot hospitals in Suzhou. Results The enrollment rate of recovered patients grouped by disease function status was 38.9%. The inpatient costs and medical insurance payment ratio of the enrolled patients were higher than those of the unenrolled patients. The hospitalization days of the enrolled patients was shorter than that of the unenrolled patients. Conclusion The charging of Grouping by disease function status reflects the value of doctors, saves medical resources, and realizes the structural adjustment of project charges without significantly increasing medical insurance payments.
