摘要:
失智老人居家照护面临多维风险。国外有关失智老人居家照护风险管理的实践表明，要重视照护风险因素的识别和分析，开发专业评估量表或问题清单，以智能化手段辅助监测照护风险，为照护者提供支持和技能培训，以及重视照护环境的空间布局和设计。这些经验对加强我国失智老人居家照护风险管理提供了借鉴。
Abstract:
Home care for the elderly with dementia faces multi-dimension risks. Foreign practice indicated the importance of identification and analysis of care risk factors, development of professional assessment scales or question lists. It is suggested to use intelligent tools to assist in monitoring care risks, and provide caregivers with support and skill training. It is also recommended to pay attention to spatial layout and design of the care environment. These experiences provide a reference for strengthening the risk management of home care for the elderly with dementia in our country.
