重大突发公共卫生事件区域协同治理应摈弃传统的“行政区治理”模式，聚焦区域协同治理的盲点、堵点、痛点，从协同治理的维度、范围、平台、方式等方面，构建重大突发公共卫生事件区域协同治理的操作框架，维护人民身体健康和生命安全，推动区域经济一体化和社会稳定。
- Abstract:

Regional collaborative governance of major public health emergencies should abandon the traditional "administrative district governance" model, and focus on its blind spot, plugging point, and pain point. An operational framework should be constructed from the facet, scope, platform, and approach of collaborative governance, so as to safeguard people's health and safety, and promote regional economic integration and social stability.
