摘要:
当前，国家组织药品集中采购在供应方面主要存在供应规格单一、中选企业“断供”、供应价格差异大等问题，对用药可及性和待遇公平性产生一定影响。建议在后续的政策推进过程中完善残缺规格药品的供应企业遴选及价格确定，提高中选企业持续供应能力，调整拟中选和选区规则，从而促进集采工作平稳有序推进。
Abstract:
At present, the supply of centralized drug procurement is faced by several problems, such as single supply specification, discontinued supply of selected enterprises, and large varies in supply price. These affect the availability of drugs and the fairness of treatment to some extent. It is suggested to improve the selection and price determination of suppliers for drugs with incomplete specifications, increase the continuous supply capacity of the selected enterprises, and adjust the rules of the proposed selection and constituency, so as to promote the stable and orderly progress of the centralized procurement work.
