学校健康指数(SHI)是美国疾病控制与预防中心主导制定的学校健康教育评估工具。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,解读SHI的制定背景、实施策略、内容构成及其特征,并提出促进我国学校健康教育的启示。研究显示,SHI的内容包括自我评估和规划改进两个部分,其特征可总结为:参与和实施主体多元合作;结构和内容设计覆盖全面;评估和改进过程一体施行。据此提出启示建议:构建三位一体协同促进机制;统筹推进学校健康教育;建立评估改进常态长效机制。
Abstract:
The School Health Index(SHI) is a school health education assessment tool developed under the leadership of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States. The literature method and logical analysis were used to interpret the background of SHI development, implementation strategies, content components and their characteristics, and to suggest insights for promoting school health education in China. The results of the study showed that the content composition of the SHI includes two parts: self-assessment and planning and improvement, and its characteristics can be summarized as follows: multiple cooperation of participating and implementing subjects; comprehensive coverage of structure and content design; and integrated implementation of assessment and improvement process, according to which the following insights are proposed: constructing a three-in-one collaborative promotion mechanism, coordinating the comprehensive promotion of school health education, establishing a permanent and long-term mechanism for assessment and improvement.
