摘要:
智慧医院的本质是技术赋能医疗服务的过程，在此过程中实现患者价值共创、医疗服务延伸，以及引领公立医院高质量发展。当前，智慧医院的建设发展面临新的挑战，包括挖掘数据价值受限、技术叠加造成资源浪费、信息孤岛等。对此，建议强化目标导向、制定建设指南、组建安全伦理委员会、搭建科研转化平台、建立动态监管评估机制，推进智慧医院更快更高质量发展。
Abstract:
Technology helps empower medical services is the fundamental characteristics of smart hospital. It can realize the co-creation of patient value, extend medical services to non-medical environment, and lead the high-quality development of public hospitals. At present, the construction and development of smart hospitals are facing several challenges, including the limited value of mining data, the waste of resources caused by repetitive technologies, and information barriers. It is suggested to strengthen goal orientation, formulate construction guidelines, establish a safety ethics committee, build a scientific research transformation platform, and establish a dynamic supervision and evaluation mechanism.
