摘要:
在界定卫生健康高质量发展的概念与内涵的基础上，明确卫生健康高质量发展的特征：卫生健康服务更加公平可及、健康服务水平更加优质高效、健康制度体系更加健全完善、卫生资源配置更加协调均衡、人民健康水平显著提升。把握“十四五”时期卫生健康工作面临的新形势、新任务，以突出发展关键、筑牢健康根基为准则，探索卫生健康高质量发展的实现路径，助力“健康中国”战略的实现。
Abstract:
The concept of high-quality health development is comprehensively defined at three levels: macro, meso and micro. The meaning of high-quality health development is deeply analyzed, and the characteristics of high-quality health development are clearly defined as more equitable, accessible, high-quality and efficient health services, more soundness and complete health system, more coordinated and balanced health resource allocation, and more significant improvement of people's health. On this basis, the new situation and new tasks facing health work in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period should be grasped, and the key to development should be highlighted and the foundation of health should be firmly established as a guideline. In that way could we explore the path to achieve high-quality development of health, and help the healthy China strategy accomplish.
