摘要:
目的:了解医务人员参与医联体工作情况及对医联体的效果评价,为持续推进医联体建设提供实证依据。方法:以广西地区14个试点医联体的573名医务人员为研究对象开展问卷调查,比较牵头医院和成员医院医务人员参与医联体工作及对医联体效果评价的差异。结果:医务人员对医联体政策的整体知晓率为69.8%,近一年参加过医联体工作的仅占43.6%,经常上/下转患者的只占7.2%;无论是医联体政策知晓度、参与医联体工作的频率,还是对医联体整体效果的评价,成员医院均高于牵头医院。结论:充分调动医务人员参与医联体工作的积极性,完善双向转诊机制,加强医联体政策宣传和培训,提升医务人员对医联体的信心。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the performance of medical staff in the medical alliance, and analyze their evaluation on the effect of the medical alliance, so as to provide empirical basis and policy suggestions for the sustainable promotion of the construction of the medical alliance. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 573 medical staff from 14 pilot medical alliances in Guangxi. This study made comparisons between the leading hospitals and their member hospitals on medical staff's involvement in medical alliance, as well as their evaluation on the effect of medical alliance. Results The overall cognition of medical alliance related policy was 69.8%. Only 43.6% of the medical staff got involved in medical alliance related work, among which merely 7.2% of the medical staff often made referral between medical alliances. Medical staff working in member hospitals showed higher cognition on medical alliance policy, higher involvement in medical alliance work, and higher evaluation on medical alliance. Conclusions It is recommended to motivate medical staff to participate in medical alliance related work, improve the two-way referral mechanism, enhance the publicity and training of medical alliance policy, and strengthen the confidence of medical staff in medical alliance.
