摘要:
人口老龄化的加速发展对我国医疗服务体系带来了巨大冲击和挑战，老年人医疗服务需求与利用存在着结构性矛盾。目前，适老化的医疗服务体系尚未形成，综合连续性老年医疗服务链条不完整，老年医疗服务体系的协调性较差，老年医学学科建设和专业人员不足，医疗服务体系中的年龄歧视不容忽视。对此，应坚定实施健康老龄化战略，打造适老化整合型医疗服务体系；充分体现以人为本，推行个性化医疗服务计划；加强老年医学学科建设与专业人才培养，实现人力转型；推动老年人无歧视地享有高质量医疗服务，创造关爱老年人的卫生基础设施和服务。
Abstract:
The rapid development of population ageing has brought great impact and challenge to China's medical service system, and there is a structural contradiction between the demand and utilization of medical service for the elderly. At present, an aging-friendly medical and health service system has not yet been formed, the comprehensive and continuous medical service chain for the elderly is incomplete, the coordination of the medical service system for the elderly is poor, the disciplines and professionals of the medical service for the elderly are insufficient, and the age discrimination in the medical service system can't be ignored. We should firmly implement the strategy of healthy aging and build an integrated medical service system suitable for the elderly. It is suggested to insist the people-oriented principle and implement the individualized medical service plan, strengthen the construction of the discipline of geriatric medicine and the training of professional talents to realize human resources transformation, promote the elderly to enjoy high-quality medical services without discrimination, and to create age-friendly health infrastructure and services.
