目的：分析我国老年人健康状况，探讨社会支持对老年人健康的影响。方法：使用2018年CLHLS数据，对老年人健康状况进行描述统计，利用ArcGIS 10.2分析老年人健康状况的空间差异，运用有序Logistic回归模型分析社会支持和控制变量对老年人健康状况的影响，并借助Graphpad Prism 7.0将结果可视化。结果：我国老年人生理健康较好，心理健康次之，社会健康最差；各地区老年人健康状况存在明显差异；正式社会支持（社会保险）显著改善老年人健康；非正式社会支持（子女看望）显著改善老年人心理健康。结论：在关注老年人身心健康时，社会健康不容忽视，应不断完善制度化的社会支持，发挥家庭功能，多措并举，提升老年人整体健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the health status of the elderly in China, and to explore the impact of social support on the health of the elderly. Methods Using the 2018 wave data of CLHLS, this study described health status of the elderly, analyzed spatial differences in the health status of the elderly using ArcGIS 10.2, and analyzed the impact of social support and controlled variables on the health status of the elderly adapting an ordered logistic regression model. Finally, we used Graphpad Prism7.0 to visualize the results. Results The physical health of the elderly in China was better, followed by mental health and social health. There were significant differences in the health status of the elderly in different regions. Formal social support (e.g., social insurance) significantly improved the health of the elderly, while informal social support (e.g., child visits) significantly improved mental health of older adults. Conclusions When having a look at physical and mental health of the elderly, social health cannot be ignored. Institutionalized social support should be continuously improved, family functions should be brought into play, and multiple measures should be taken to improve the overall health of the elderly.
