摘要:
网上药房认证制度是域外对网上药房予以规制的重要制度。我国网上药房发展迅速，为提高网上药房的公信力，提升消费者网上购药的安全性，应借鉴域外经验，构建我国的网上药房认证制度。具体而言，基于药房许可标准确定认证标准，赋予行业协会网上药房认证职权，并实施强制性认证制度，规范、促进网上药房的合法发展。
Abstract:
Online pharmacy certification system is an important system to regulate online pharmacies abroad. At present, China's online pharmacies are developing rapidly. In order to improve the credibility of legitimate online pharmacies and enhance the safety of consumers' online drug purchasing, China should build online pharmacy certification system on the basis of learning from foreign experience, and should clearly stipulate the certification standards, certification institutions and compulsory certification. Specifically, China should determine the certification standard based on the pharmacy licensing standard. It should be determined that the association organization has the authority of online pharmacy certification. Moreover, China should establish a compulsory certification system to standardize and promote the development of legal online pharmacies.
