摘要:
目的：明确新时期农村健康素养干预的主要方面和具体内容，为科学制定农村健康促进政策提供实证依据。方法：使用“2020年全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷”，对贵州省18个县的2 650名农村常住居民开展调查，了解农村居民健康素养水平及影响因素。结果：2020年贵州省农村居民总体健康素养水平较低（16.83%），其中基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能方面的素养水平分别为24.75%、10.26%、18.38%；年龄、文化程度、打工经历、健康状况、月收入等因素对农村居民健康素养水平有统计学意义。结论：健康素养提升工作应关注重点人群、抓住薄弱环节，提高农村居民的自我健康管理能力，多维提升其健康素养水平。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the health literacy interventions in rural areas of Guizhou Province, and to provide scientific basis for rural health promotion. Methods Using the 2020 national health literacy monitoring questionnaire, this study identified 2650 residents of 18 counties to explore the health literacy and its influencing factors. Results The health literacy level was low (16.83%). The level of basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills were 24.75%, 10.26%, and 18.38% respectively. Age, educational achievement, work experience, health status, and monthly income were significant factors of health literacy. Conclusion Promotion of health literacy should pay attention to focus groups and weakness. It is suggested to improve self-management ability of health and increase health literacy of rural residents from muti-dimensions.
