摘要:
本文创新性提出了卫生健康发展指数，研究构建共同富裕视域下的卫生健康发展评价体系，包括健康环境、健康社会、健康服务、健康人群、健康文化、健康产业、健康治理7个维度指标、28个二级大类指标、70个三级基础指标，并以宁波市为样本进行实证研究。实证结果表明，宁波市2018—2020年卫生健康发展指数逐年上升，但基础指标发展呈现出不均衡，评价结果与实际情况基本相符。可见，本文提出的共同富裕视域下卫生健康发展评价体系是一种实用、有效的量化管理工具。
Abstract:
This paper innovatively proposed a health development index to study and construct a health development evaluation system from the perspective of common prosperity. This index included 7 dimensional indicators (namely healthy environment, healthy society, healthy service, healthy population, healthy culture, healthy industry, and health governance), 28 second-level indicators and 70 third-level indicators. This index system was verified in Ningbo city. The empirical results showed that the health development index of Ningbo City from 2018 to 2020 has increased year by year, but the development of basic indicators presented an imbalance trend. The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation. It can be seen that the health development evaluation system from the perspective of common prosperity proposed in this paper is a practical and effective quantitative management tool.
