摘要:
药品集团采购组织（GPO）是药品价格市场化改革的重要创新。基于深圳GPO实践，提出我国药品采购管理体制改革的发展路径和方向：坚定不移推行GPO，构建完善的GPO要素市场化配置体制机制，完善多层级GPO共同发展运行机制，推动GPO从“价格导向”向“价值导向”转变。
Abstract:
Drug Group Procurement Organization (GPO) is an important innovation in the market-oriented reform of drug prices. Based on the Shenzhen GPO practice, this paper put forward the development path and direction of China's drug procurement management system reform. It is suggested to unswervingly implement GPO, build a sound market-based allocation system and mechanism for GPO elements, improve the multi-level GPO joint development and operation mechanism, and promote GPO from "price-oriented" to "value-oriented".
