目的：分析公立医院住院收入结构变动度，为政策制定与调整提供参考。方法：以某省17家三甲医院为样本医院，通过结构变动值、结构变动度与结构变动贡献率，描述其2019—2021年住院收入结构的变化。结果：17家医院住院收入占比负向变动最明显的是药品收入，正向变动最明显的是手术收入，对住院收入结构变动起主要推动作用的是药品、手术、化验、耗材与治疗项目。结论：对标高质量发展目标，公立医院住院收入结构总体得到优化，应进一步降低物耗性收入对住院收入结构的主导作用，提高技术劳务性收入占比。
Abstract:
Objective This paper analyzed the characteristics of inpatient income structure of public hospitals so as to provide reference for policy makers and hospital managers. Methods Taking 17 tertiary hospitals as examples, the structural variation of inpatient income of sample hospitals from 2019 to 2021 was analyzed, and the change characteristics of income structure were described by value of structure (VSV), degree of structure variation (DSV) and structural variation contribution rate. Results Among the 17 hospitals, the item with the most significant negative change in inpatient income structure from 2019 to 2021 was medicine, and the item with the most significant positive change was surgery. Drugs, surgery, tests, consumables and treatment were the main driving factors for the change of the overall structure of inpatient income. Conclusion The inpatient income structure of 17 hospitals showed an overall trend of optimization, it is suggested to weaken the dominant role of material consumption income, and increase the labor skill value of medical workers.
