以福建省级机关医院为例，对家庭病床服务和远程巡诊试点工作进行总结，探讨存在的问题，提出解决办法：提高家庭病床服务价格，新增特需服务价格项目，增加建床对象医保支付次数，加快家庭病床智慧系统建设，以期逐步推进家庭病床服务工作。

Taking Fujian Provincial Organ Hospital as an example, we summarized the pilot work of family bed service and remote rounds and discussed the problems. We proposed to raise the price of family bed service, add new price items for special needs services, increase the number of medical insurance payments for bed-building clients, and accelerate the construction of the family bed wisdom system, with a view to gradually promoting the work of family bed service.
