摘要:
当前，我国医保基金管理在基金统筹、经办机制、基金监管、法律制度等方面仍存在碎片化问题。为此，运用整体性治理理论，借鉴国际先进经验，提出完善我国医保基金管理的对策建议：稳步提高基金统筹层次、扎实推进医保经办机制改革、不断完善医保基金监管体系、加快医疗保障法制建设。
Abstract:
At present, the management of health insurance funds is still fragmented in terms of fund coordination, administration mechanism, fund supervision and legal system. In this regard, applying the theory of holistic governance and drawing on advanced international experience, we proposed countermeasures to improve the management of medical insurance funds in China. First, it is necessary to steadily raise the level of fund coordination. And it is recommended to solidly promote the reform of the medical insurance administration mechanism, continuously improve the medical insurance fund supervision system, and accelerate the construction of the medical insurance legal system.
