目的：探索医用耗材经济性评价方法，为我国医用耗材目录准入相关决策提供参考。方法：采用文献综述法，定性分析各国指南提出的医用耗材经济性评价建议。结果：共有10个指南纳入分析，针对医用耗材的特点，从研究角度、对照选择、研究时限、成本分类、成本测量、成本估值、健康产出、评价方法、外推性等方面提出了经济性评价的相关建议。结论：医用耗材品种及功能繁杂，难以设定统一的经济性评价准则，需根据医用耗材类别和具体特点选用合适的评价方法。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the economic evaluation method of medical consumables, and to provide reference for the decision-making of medical consumables catalog access in China. Methods The literature review method was used to qualitatively analyze the economic evaluation suggestions of medical consumables proposed by national guidelines. Results A total of 10 guidelines were included in the analysis. According to the characteristics of medical consumables, economic indicators were proposed in terms of research perspective, control selection, research time limit, cost classification, cost measurement, cost estimation, health output, evaluation methods, and extrapolation. Recommendations for sexual evaluation. Conclusion The varieties and functions of medical consumables are complex, and it is difficult to set a unified economic evaluation criterion. Appropriate evaluation methods should be selected according to the categories and specific characteristics of medical consumables.
