摘要:
目的：分析我国残疾老人辅助器具支付意愿及影响因素，为辅具产业的优化转型及政府出台相关政策提供依据。方法：采用二元Logit回归模型对影响残疾老人辅具支付意愿的因素进行分析，采用多元有序Ologit回归模型对支付期望值的影响因素进行分析，通过ISM方法探索残疾老人辅具支付意愿的影响机制。结果：残疾老人辅具支付意愿不强烈且影响因素较多，这些因素互相关联，最终构成了残疾老人辅具支付意愿的影响机制。结论：做好残障程度判定工作，精确辅具需求评估；加强辅具质量监督检查，提升辅具使用体验；完善残疾人辅具适配与提供政策，实现健康老龄化。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the willingness to pay for assistive devices for the disabled elderly in China and the influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for the optimization and transformation of the assistive device industry and the introduction of relevant government policies. Methods A binary logit regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing the willingness to pay for assistive devices for the disabled elderly. A multivariate ordered Ologit regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing payment expectations, and the ISM method was used to explore the influence mechanism of the willingness to pay for assistive devices for the disabled elderly. Results The willingness to pay for assistive devices for the disabled elderly was not strong and there were many influencing factors, which were interrelated and ultimately constitute the influencing mechanism of the willingness to pay for assistive devices for the disabled elderly. Conclusion It is suggested to do a good job in determining the degree of disability and accurately assess the demand for assistive devices, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the quality of assistive devices to improve the experience of using assistive devices, and improve the policy of adapting and providing assistive devices for the disabled to achieve healthy ageing.
