摘要:
近年来，宁波市长期照护服务不断向高质量发展迈进，但影响长期照护高质量发展的体制性、机制性矛盾仍较为突出。对此，从高效能强化部门协同、高标准推进长护险提质扩面、高质量构建整合照护体系、高素质培育服务人才四个方面，提出推进长期照护服务高质量发展的路径。
Abstract:
Recent years witnesses the pace of the long-term care services in Ningbo city towards high-quality development. However, institutional and mechanic contradictions still lie in the middle of this way. It is suggested to strengthen department coordination with high efficiency, promote quality and expand coverage with high standardization, build an integration system with high quality, and cultivate service workforce with high literacy.
