摘要:
通过问卷调研，了解南京市所有市属、区属公立医院药学专业技术人员的配备情况和药学服务开展情况，分析其中存在的问题并提出改进建议。加快出台相关政策法规，建立药学服务制度体系；转变培养和培训模式，提高药学专业技术队伍建设水平；完善药学专业技术人员绩效考核管理体系，健全激励机制；丰富细化药学服务内容，规范药学服务模式。
Abstract:
Through a questionnaire survey, we explored the situation of pharmacy professional and technical staffing and pharmacy service development in all municipal and district public hospitals in Nanjing. We analyzed the problems and proposed suggestions for improvement. It is suggested that the system of pharmacy service should be established by speeding up the introduction of relevant policies and regulations. We recommend to changed the mode of training to improve the construction level of pharmacy professional and technical team. It is important to improve the performance assessment management system of pharmacy professional and technical personnel and sounding the incentive mechanism. Also, it is recommended to enrich and refine the content of pharmacy service and standardize the pharmacy service mode.
