摘要:
利用标化价值模型、基于门诊诊查费对比方法，测算上海市药学门诊服务的标化价值和建议价格标准。结果显示，药学门诊服务的标化价值与基于门诊诊查费对比的定价测算结果差异较大，基于门诊诊查费对比的测算方法综合考虑了技术难度、风险程度，更符合我国国情和药学服务的现状。据此建议，建立药学门诊服务项目，逐步收取药学门诊服务费，并根据实际情况进行动态调整；同时，加强药学门诊服务质量管理和临床药师能力培养，推动药学门诊服务高质量发展。
Abstract:
The standard value and recommended price standard of pharmaceutical outpatient service in Shanghai were calculated by using the standardized value model and the comparison method of outpatient examination fees. The results showed that the standardized value of pharmaceutical outpatient service was significantly different from the pricing calculation results based on the comparison of outpatient examination fees. The latter comprehensively considered technical difficulty and risk degree, which was more in line with the conditions in China and the current situation of pharmaceutical service. Accordingly, it is suggested to establish pharmaceutical outpatient service projects, gradually charge pharmaceutical outpatient service fees, and dynamically adjust according to the actual situation. At the same time, we should strengthen the quality management of pharmaceutical outpatient service and the training of clinical pharmacists' ability to promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical outpatient service.
