目的：分析广东省公立医院收入结构变动情况，为深化医疗服务价格改革、优化医疗收入结构提供参考及建议。方法：基于2012—2020年广东省公立医院收入数据，分析各项收入的结构变动值、结构变动度及结构变动贡献率。结果：2012年以来，广东省公立医院收入结构中，药品收入占比显著下降，结构变动度贡献率最高；卫生材料收入占比显著上升，结构变动度贡献率仅次于药品收入；医疗服务收入占比逐年上升，但结构变动度贡献率不高。结论：药品价格改革取得显著成效，公立医院应重视改革引致的医用耗材收入不合理增长，对体现技术劳务价值的医疗服务收入进行合理调整，进一步优化公立医院收入结构。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the income structure of public hospitals in Guangdong province, and to provide scientific references and suggestions to deepen the reform of medical service prices and optimize the structure of medical income. Methods Based on the latest Statistical Yearbook data, the income structure data of public hospitals in Guangdong province from 2012 to 2020 were collected, and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out using the structural change analysis method. Results Since 2012, in the income structure of public hospitals in Guangdong province, the proportion of pharmaceutical income has dropped significantly, and the contribution rate to the overall structural change was the highest. The proportion of health materials income has increased significantly, and the contribution rate was only second to that of pharmaceutical income. Although medical service income has increased year by year, the contribution rate to the overall structural change was low. Conclusion The drug price reform has achieved remarkable results. To further optimize the income structure, public hospitals should pay attention to the unreasonable increase of medical consumables income caused by the reform. The medical service income reflecting the value of technical services should be adjusted reasonably.
