摘要:
当前，我国医共体建设尚处于探索阶段，特别在医疗卫生资源整合、全人群全生命周期健康保障方面存在较多不足。浙江省玉环市人民医院健共体集团通过多年实践，紧紧围绕保障居民健康这一核心，着力打造医疗服务、健康管理、数字健康、支付方式四个闭环，初步构建了系统联动的县级医疗卫生服务整合模式，提升了县域健康保障能力。
Abstract:
At present, the construction of China's medical community is still in the exploratory stage, especially in the integration of health resources and the health protection of the whole population and the whole life cycle. After years of practice, the Health Community Group of Yuhuan People's Hospital in Zhejiang Province has created four closed loops including medical service, health management, digital health and payment methods to protect the health of community residents. The systematic and integrated model of county-level health service has been initially constructed to improve health security capacity.
