摘要:
目的：探讨糖尿病患者住院费用影响因素，为住院费用研究提供方法启示。方法：以庆阳市13家公立医院糖尿病患者为研究对象，运用多重线性回归、决策树、通径分析3种模型，分析住院费用影响因素。结果：综合3种模型分析结果得知，糖尿病患者住院费用主要受住院天数、医院级别、糖尿病类型、并发症与合并症、医院类型、DRG改革等因素影响，其中住院天数是最主要影响因素。结论：3种模型均可有效探究住院费用影响因素，但应用侧重有所不同；多重线性回归模型从整体上研究住院费用的直接影响因素，决策树模型可细化分析费用区间具体情况，通径分析模型可全面分析住院费用影响因素并量化排序。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the hospitalization cost of diabetic patients in Qingyang City, so as to provide methodological enlightenment for the study of hospitalization costs of diabetes and other diseases. Methods The diabetic patients who visited 13 public hospitals in Qingyang City were taken as the research object. Afterwards, the influencing factors of hospitalization cost were deeply analyzed by multiple linear regression, decision tree and path model. Results Based on the analysis results of the three models, it was known that the hospitalization cost was mainly affected by the length of stay, hospital level, diabetes type, comorbidities and complications, hospital type, and DRG reform，and the length of stay was the most important factor. Conclusion All three models can effectively explore the influencing factors of hospitalization cost of diabetic patients, but the application of each model has different emphasis. Multiple linear regression studies the main direct influencing factors of hospitalization cost from the overall perspective, the decision tree model can analyze the specific conditions of each hospitalization cost interval in detail, and the path model can comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost and quantify the ranking.
