摘要:
采用自行设计的问卷,对医联体驻点帮扶工作开展情况、激励因素及驻点帮扶人员工作满意度进行调查。结果显示,驻点帮扶人员的工作满意度与其年龄、专业类别、薪酬水平、是否参与科室管理等因素有关;驻点帮扶人员激励机制存在措施单一、考核力度不足、与绩效奖金关联性较弱等问题。对此,提出建议:创新激励手段,突出重点,以主要业绩点为突破口,形成驻点帮扶人员良性激励。
Abstract:
A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the implementation, incentive factors, and job satisfaction of the stationary aid staff in medical alliance. The results showed that the job satisfaction of the stationary aid staff was related to factors such as age, professional category, salary level, and participation in department management. There are problems with the incentive mechanism for the stationary aid staff, such as single measures, insufficient assessment, and weak correlation with performance bonuses. The paper puts forward countermeasures, including innovating incentive methods, highlighting key points, taking key performance points as a breakthrough, and forming a benign incentive for the stationary aid staff.
