摘要:
以南京市6家社区卫生服务中心为样本，分析其2017—2021年运行情况。结果显示，样本机构总体运行平稳；实施收支两条线后，未出现效率低下、过度依赖财政的问题；以药养医问题得以根除，但控费任务依然艰巨；财政投入机制的科学性有待提高。对此，提出新时期社区卫生服务机构可持续发展的对策建议。
Abstract:
Taking six community health service centers in Nanjing as a sample, this article analyzed their operation from 2017 to 2021. The results showed that the overall operation were stable. After implementing the two lines of revenue and expenditure, there have been no problems of inefficiency and excessive dependence on finance. The problem of using drugs to support medical care has been eradicated, but the task of controlling costs remains arduous, and the financial investment mechanism needs to be improved. The countermeasures for the sustainable development of community health service institutions in the new period are proposed.
