摘要:
通过分析2021年广西公立医疗机构医务人员薪酬水平、结构，以及不同编制、岗位、职称医务人员的薪酬差异，探讨公立医疗机构薪酬改革相关问题，提出提高薪酬水平、调整薪酬结构、加大财政投入、缩小地区差距等建议。
Abstract:
This article analyzes the salary level and structure of medical personnel in public medical institutions in Guangxi in 2021, and compares the salary differences among medical personnel with different career arrangements, positions, and professional titles. The paper discusses issues related to the salary reform in public medical institutions, and proposes suggestions for improving the salary level, adjusting the salary structure, increasing financial investment, and narrowing regional disparities.
